Welcome Kits

Are you looking for a way that your friends, family, church, business, or club can help provide for our area’s most vulnerable children? Hosting a Fostering Smiles donation drive is an easy and impactful way to help. Our Welcome Kits are provided to children as they enter the foster system. We hope to give the children a small reason to smile amid certain confusion.

Important things to remember:

  • Please contact us using our contact form before you get started. While we are thankful for all donations, we need to ensure what is most needed at the time to ensure we have the needed storage space.

  • Once your collection drive has been approved, establish the timeline and start communicating.

  • KKP can assist with any graphics and other marketing materials that would help you be successful.

  • Spread the word. Invite your community to donate items. Share information with them regarding the impact of donations on our organization and the foster community.

  • Coordinate with KKP for delivery. Don’t forget to take pictures before loading up your items. We want to help you celebrate your successful drive.
